Initial Consultation
Before our first session we will have a 20 minute video call for you to ask any questions you might have.
I may ask you some of the following questions:
Why you are looking for counselling now?
What do you hope to get from it?
Have you had therapy before? What happened?
What worked well for you and what didn't?
How would working online be for you?
Do you have a safe enough space to talk freely?
How might you know when it's time to end therapy?
This is an opportunity to meet each other before committing to ongoing counselling.
I can offer you open ended therapy or a limited number of session if that's what you need.
It's helpful to have at least 6 sessions with an opportunity to review how the therapy is progressing.
I am open to receiving your feedback at any point during the process.

Fees
I offer sessions on a weekly basis.
A 50 minute individual session is £60.
A 60 minute couple session is £80.
I have small number of concessionary places available for under 25s in full time education. Please ask about this if this applies to you.
When I Work
I currently work Tuesday to Friday from 9am - 1pm.
